摘要：目的探讨综合护理在重症急性胰腺炎治疗中的作用。方法将33例患者随机分为两组，对照组16例，观察组17例。对照组采用常规护理模式，调查组在对照组护理的基础上采用综合护理模式。结果经资料分析，研究组综合护理病人的痊愈率、并发症发生率、治疗时间及病人满意度均明显优于对照组。结论综合护理对重症监护病房重症急性胰腺炎患者的治疗效果明显优于常规护理。经调查，重症急性胰腺炎患者在ICU进行综合性临床护理，不仅大大提高了治疗效果，而且具有较高的安全性，在临床医学上具有重要价值，应全面推广。
Abstract：Objective to investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 33 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 16 patients in the comparison group and 17 patients in the investigation group. The comparison group adopted the routine nursing mode, and the investigation group adopted the comprehensive nursing mode based on the nursing of the comparison group. Results according to the data analysis, the comprehensive nursing patients in the research group were significantly better than the comparison group in recovery rate, complication rate, treatment time and patient satisfaction. Conclusion in the treatment of SAP patients in ICU, the effect of comprehensive nursing is much better than that of routine nursing. After this investigation, comprehensive clinical nursing for patients with severe acute pancreatitis in ICU not only greatly improves the therapeutic effect but also has high safety, which is of great value in clinical medicine and should be promoted in an all-round way.
