摘要：目的:探讨研究复方丹参滴丸联合阿司匹林治疗冠心病患者的疗效及安全性。方法：选取本院2016年9月-2017年9月期间收治的冠心病患者80例为研究对象，将80例冠心病患者分为观察组和对照组，各40例。观察组给予复方丹参滴丸胶囊联合阿司匹林治疗，对照组仅给予阿司匹林治疗，对比分析两组患者临床疗效。结果：观察组临床总有效率（87.50％）明显优于对照组（62.50％）；治疗后两组ST段压低持续时间、24hST段压低次数均显著降低，而观察组降低幅度显著优于对照组（Ｐ＜0.05）结论：复方丹参滴丸胶囊联合阿司匹林治疗冠心病临床疗效显著，可有效改善患者血脂水平及24ｈ动态心电图，可作为临床治疗冠心病的常用方案之一。

The efficacy and safety of compound Danshen drop pill combined with aspirin in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients
Abstract : Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease. METHODS: A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the study subjects. Eighty patients with coronary heart disease were divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was given compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with aspirin, and the control group was given only aspirin. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed and compared. Results: The clinical total effective rate (87.50%) in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (62.50%). Conclusion: Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with aspirin has significant clinical curative effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease, which can effectively improve the level of blood lipids and 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram. It can be used as one of the commonly used programs for the treatment of coronary heart disease.

冠心病是指由冠状动脉功能改变引起的心脏疾病，其导致心肌缺氧缺血，坏死或导致血管阻塞或狭窄的冠状动脉粥样硬化。它也被称为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病，它是心血管和脑血管疾病。近年来，阿司匹林已被用于冠心病的临床治疗。但是，单独使用这种药物对于临床治疗是无效的，并且很容易出现阿司匹林抵抗。中药复方丹参滴丸胶囊是临床上常用的气虚止痛药，血瘀药，在治疗冠心病方面有一定疗效。本文就复方丹参滴丸联合阿司匹林治疗冠心病患者的疗效及安全性的情况进行介绍。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料
选取本院2016年9月-2017年9月期间收治的冠心病患者80例为研究对象，将其随机平均分成两组，观察组及对照组各40例。观察组男20例,女20例；年龄25-62岁,平均年龄(37.4±10.6)岁。对照组男20例,女20例；年龄22-65岁,平均年龄(39.1±12.3)岁。所有患者均符合冠心病诊断标准。全体患者在入组前均已签署研究知情文件。两组患者的年龄及病情等一般资料经统计学处理，无显著性差异(P>0.05)，具有可比性。
1.2方法
入院后两组患者均进行常规对症治疗，包括抗高血压，降血糖，抗凝治疗和冠状隆起治疗。对照组在常规对症治疗的基础上接受阿司匹林治疗，100mg/次，每天一次，睡前10分钟口服。观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用复方丹参滴丸胶囊，每次8粒/次，3次/d，餐后口服。以4周为一疗程，两组患者均连续治疗2个疗程。
1.3统计学方法
采取SPSS11．0软件包进行统计学分析，计量资料用均数±标准差(x±s)表示，采用t检验和χ2检验，P＜0.05为差异有统计学意义。
2.结果
观察组有效率为87.50%，对照组62.50%，组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.667，P<0.05)。见表1。

3.讨论
近年来，随着人们饮食习惯和生活方式的改变，心脑血管疾病的发病率逐年呈上升趋势，冠心病的发病率也大大增加。冠心病并发症发生率高，如心力衰竭，心律失常等，特别是进入心力衰竭期时，会引起血管，心脏，肾脏器官受到影响，严重危及生命，病人的健康。选择安全有效的治疗已成为临床研究的重点。阿司匹林是一种用于治疗冠心病的广谱药物。能有效降低血液粘稠度，抑制血小板聚集，缓解临床症状。但是，单独使用这种药物很容易出现阿司匹林抵抗，所以该药的临床效果引起了问题。复方丹参滴丸胶囊是一种中药，主要由丹参，三七和冰片组成。它具有扩张血管和清除血管的功能。它还可以提高高密度脂蛋白的水平并降低低密度脂蛋白的水平。并且血脂，血液粘稠度和抗动脉粥样硬化能力。此外，在该药物组合物中，丹参具有抗菌和抗炎作用，可改善患者的血液循环;三七具有活血化瘀的功效;冰片具有消肿止痛的功效。复方丹参滴丸联合阿司匹林可抑制血栓形成，并能清除血管，扩张血管，两药联合应用可增强冠心病的临床治疗效果。本研究结果显示，观察组临床总有效率明显优于对照组，且血脂水平的改善和24hHolter心电图也明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。
综上所述，复方丹参滴丸胶囊联合阿司匹林在冠心病的治疗中具有显着的临床疗效，能够有效提高患者血脂水平和24小时动态心电图患者的临床应用价值。
