根据《3～110 kV电网继电保护装置运行整定规程》DL/T 584-2007 和《电力系统继电保护与安全自动装置整定计算》可以发现，考虑到保护动作时间、断路器动作时间以及断路器断口熄弧特性相对固定，10 kV配电网线路重合闸时间主要与故障点断电熄弧去游离时间紧密相关。如果在断路器重合前，非永久性故障点已经成功熄弧，重合闸操作即可成功，否则重合闸将失败。

Large flower decorations have been set up in Beijing to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China on October 1.
