写好高考英语作文的重要性：语、数、外高考均150，分值比重大，历来被视为主科。 英语作文分值35分，同时是一个主观性较强的题，故此，英语作文往往决定考生是否能得高分。所以，写好英语作文是非常重要的。那么，如何在短时间内写好高考英语作文呢？经实践，“三步曲”作文法可有效提高作文的得分。

写好高考英语作文的实用方法----写作“三步曲”。高考阅卷老师们指出，高考作文要得高分，需要做到：卷面整洁、书写工整、要点齐全、表达正确、语言流畅、适当使用较高级语法。因此，在短时间内要写全要点、表达正确流畅就需要平常加强写作的训练，形成高效写作习惯。“三步曲”，顾名思义，就是三步写完作文。这三步即搜索词汇、由词造句、连句成篇。试举一篇作文为例说明这三步：

附：Traffic congestion has long been a problem in our city. The reasons why traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious are as follows:
Firstly, with the development of economy, the number of private cars are on the increase. It’s convenient for people to drive their own cars to get around. Secondly, there are often many roads under repair, which leaves some routes more heavier/serious. Last but not least, the government does not provide/supply people with enough parking lots. Meanwhile, people are in bad mood because of noise pollution.
To solve this problem, some people put forward some solutions, one of which is to limit the number of cars coming into city center and encourage people to use/take public transport. Another one is to widen roads and more vehicles can run on them. What’s more, never allow people blow their horns in city.
In a word, we should do whatever we can to release the traffic jam and be friendly to the environment.
