Xi Jinping ’s Thought on Youth Values and Its Guidance to Contemporary Youth 〔*〕

Abstract: Xi Jinping’s thought on youth values (TYV) is the inheritance and development of Marxist theory and also the youth value system which is more in line with the development of the new era.Guided by the main contents of Xi Jinping’s TYV,it is an important task for ideological and political education in the new period to cultivate and build the system of youth values and to bring together powerful youth forces for the realization of the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.

Since the 19th National Congress of the Party,the Party Central Committee has attached great importance to the ideological education of young people,and Xi Jinping has repeatedly delivered a series of speeches on youth issues,putting forward higher demands and deep hopes for the youth of the new era.Xi Jinping’s TYV is the inheritance and development of Marxist theory of youth view,and it is a system of youth values more in line with the development of the new era.Guided by the main contents of Xi Jinping’s TYV,it is an important task for the ideological and political education in the new period to cultivate and construct the system of the youth values and to pool the powerful youth forces for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Ⅰ.The main content of Xi Jinping ’s TVY
First,to encourage young people’s patriotic enthusiasm and national pride.
Xi Jinping pointed out that “We must take patriotism education as the eternal theme in order to carry forward the patriotism spirit.”.〔1〕Patriotism is an important part of Chinese traditional culture.This kind of feeling is manifested by loyalty and love to the motherland,by the national pride,self-confidence and the heroic dedication to strive for the independence and prosperity of the motherland.After the Opium War in 1840,the Chinese nation came to the critical moment of survival and death,but fortunately the progressive youth embarked on the road of saving the nation inspired by patriotic spirit.It was just because of the inheritance and development of the traditional patriotic ideology of the Chinese nation that during the period of national distress,Chinese sons and daughters were united against the enemy,thus overthrowing the rule of three great mountains (imperialism,feudalism and capitalism) that oppress the Chinese people,and establishing a socialist country with equality.Patriotism has always been a banner for mobilizing and encouraging the people to unite and strive,a strong cohesion and centripetal force,a great force to push forward history,and a common spiritual pillar for the people of all ethnic groups throughout the country.After the founding of New China,the Communist Party of China insisted on emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts,thus completing the innovative development of Marxist theory on the socialist construction model,and based on closely connecting with the actual situation in China,exploring a suitable road for the development of China,and forming a socialist road with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,it can be said that the road of SCC is,to some extent,a scientific summary of 30 years of historical experience before reform and opening up.It is just under the correct guidance of the socialist road with Chinese characteristics that China’s economic construction has made remarkable achievements,The theme of patriotism education in the new era is to guide and condense youth’s patriotic enthusiasm to the great cause of building SCC.
Patriotism in the new period should be injected into the new theme with the development of the times.Ideological and political education in guiding young people to inherit the patriotism spirit,not only should inherit the good qualities of predecessors,but also should be integrated with the theme of the times.Patriotism is an important ideological source of socialism,and socialist thought also points out the direction of development of patriotism.The propaganda and education patriotism of socialism in the socialist modernization should be combined with the great construction of SCC in the new era and link patriotism to the strength of the motherland.The inheritance and development of patriotism among contemporary youth is to clearly understand the profound connotation of safeguarding national sovereignty,territorial integrity,national security and national dignity,struggle for safeguarding national sovereignty and security,opposing hegemonism and safeguarding national dignity,and to be dedicated to building and safeguarding the cause of socialist modernization.
Marx’s values are the scientific world outlook based on the materialistic view of history.Based on criticizing bourgeois egoism,Marx puts forward the theory of “seeking for the interests of the majority,realizing the equality of the society and the public,and free and all-round development of human beings”.The ideal of Marxist values is to realize the liberation of all mankind and to realize socialism and communism all over the world,which is the theoretical source of Xi Jinping’s CSV.Its basic content is reflected in the following aspects.The development of productive forces is the basic criterion to measure social progress,and the masses represent the direction of human development.The revolutionary value of Marxist values is the value concept and pursuit of realizing the liberation of the whole mankind with the people as the main body,the value system based on collectivism and serving the people wholeheartedly,and also the theoretical source of Xi Jinping’s ideal and belief in his TYV.Xi Jinping pointed out that “ideals guide the direction of life and faith determines the success or failure of the cause.” Values are the important support of ideals and beliefs.Marxist value theory is the scientific world outlook and methodology,and the premise and foundation for young people to form a correct world outlook.Practice has proved that correct values are the coordinate and direction of life and guide young people to become useful people to the country and society while the wrong values may lead young people to deviate from the right way of life and even become harmful to society.The cultivation of values is formed by the incremental progress.Therefore,we should persist in advancing step by step,practice the CSV,and then form the value concept of selfless dedication for the country and society.
Communism is the highest ideal of our Party and the most important spiritual pillar of our Party members.Ideals and beliefs are the “main switch” of thought and behavior.With firm ideals and beliefs,one’s position will be elevated,one’s horizons broadened,one’s mind opened,and one will be able to stick to the right political direction.Building SCC (SCC) is at present the common ideal of the people of all nationalities in our country,and is the necessary preparation and necessary stage to realize the highest ideal of the Party.The lofty ideal of communism is not empty and abstract,and it must be embodied in the current socialist practice.Our struggle for the realization of the highest ideal of communism should be at this stage embodied in the struggle for building SCC.To build SCC,that is to say,to realize the highest ideal of communism.The two are completely united and must not be isolated or separated.During the revolutionary war,countless revolutionary martyrs threw their blood and sacrificed everything for the revolution and ideal just because they believed in the communist ideal and belief.Today,we are in a period of peace building,and we are faced with different tasks,but no matter how we change,the lofty ideals of communism cannot be changed.We must be confident in the path,theories and system.One is to be confident in the path.The road to SCC is the only correct road in line with China’s reality.The brilliant achievements in the past 30 years of reform and opening up and the practice of scientific development in China are the most powerful realistic support for the Chinese Communists to strengthen their road confidence.The second is to be confident in theories.The theory of SCC is the latest achievement of the combination of Marxism and the reality of Chinese construction,and in practice it has burst out tremendous energy and vitality,and shown its indisputable scientific nature.The third is to be confident in system.The socialist communist system is the most progressive system of mankind,and its promoting effect on social progress is unparalleled by any other system.The rapid development of China has proved the superiority of the socialist system.
Ideals and beliefs are closely related to the future and destiny of the nation.Ideals and beliefs can unite people and strengthen national cohesion.Especially in the context of globalization,the survival and development of countries and nations need the support of ideals,beliefs and moral values.Ideal and belief is the motive force and direction of youth’s advance,and it is the spiritual pillar for young people to devote themselves to the practice of great socialist construction and stand any test.

Xi Jinping pointed out that “the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics originates from the excellent Chinese traditional culture conceived by the Chinese nation over 5000 years of civilization history.”〔2〕Throughout the history of human development,the rise and fall of any nation is directly related to whether there is a high national spirit.Only by carrying forward and cultivating the national spirit,and constantly endowing it with a new connotation of the times can our Chinese nation maintain a vigorous spiritual outlook in the end,ride the waves on its journey in the new century,and constantly win new victories.In the vast and profound Chinese civilization with a long history,there is the sense of social responsibility of “giving up one’s life is a true hero,loving one’s country is a true man”,and also of “the rise and fall of the country,the equal responsibility of the husband”,and the sense of self-cultivation of “cultivation oneself and governing the world”,and the lofty idea of “worrying before the worries of the people and happy after the happiness of the people.” However,such a noble quality and great spirit in today’s society seems so precious.And our country is in the process of development,and what we need is just the support of this spirit.In a country,the national spirit plays an important role in the development of a country in many aspects.It cannot be ignored and has a certain impact on the country.And this impact just depends on whether the national spirit of that country is upright or not.The impact of this will not damage the country’s face and other insults.Countless outstanding children of the Chinese nation use their youth,wisdom and even life to interpret the profound meaning of national spirit in different historical periods.The national spirit accumulated for thousands of years is not only a powerful force for the nation to bid farewell to backwardness and progress towards civilization,but also a powerful spiritual pillar for maintaining the stability and development of the Chinese nation.Great nation breeds a great spirit,and the great national spirit will definitely become the motive force of national development.
Chinese culture is broad and profound.Under the guidance of excellent culture,the Chinese nation gradually gets rid of backwardness and ignorance and moves towards civilization and prosperity.As the people of the Chinese nation,we should carry forward this great national spirit,defend our country,develop our country and promote our country,making China leave a brilliant footprint in the world.At the same time,we should treat the inheritance of history and culture scientifically.How to better inherit history and culture is an important problem in cultural inheritance.Just as Xi Jinping pointed out,modern culture and traditional culture are intertwined and connected,so we should critically inherit historical culture,adopt an attitude of taking the essence of Chinese excellent traditional culture and dismissing its dross,and in the inheritance and innovation co-construct socialist cultural system.To inherit and carry forward the essence of Chinese traditional culture,to promote the spiritual realm of the people,and to form noble character and sentiment are the inexhaustible motive force and source for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
Fourth,to guide young people to set up correct values,shoulder the historical responsibility of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and realize the value of life.

The values of youth are the reflection of social change and social culture.With the reform and development of Chinese society,the values of youth have also undergone the reconstruction and development.As China enters the new era of change,the values of the youth in the process of adjustment and development have also changed and gradually formed a new concept with its own characteristics.Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has undergone a major transformation from planned economy to market economy,and has fundamentally changed people’s values.In the system of market economy,people pay more attention to the satisfaction of their own interests,which will inevitably lead to doubt and negation of the original values.In the face of material interests,people pay more attention to material needs in value choice.The economic progress and the deepening of reform and opening up are the main reasons for the change of the youth values in the new era.Thus the single value standard has been broken and the pluralistic values have been gradually accepted by the young people.
In terms of importance,league cadres believe that “guiding young people to love the motherland,” “arousing young people’s national pride”,“promoting young people’s understanding and love of China’s excellent traditional culture,” “strengthening the sense of youth’s belief”,“guiding young people to listen to the Party and follow the Party”,“guiding young people to face life positively”,“guiding young people to set up socialist core values”,“guiding young people to abide by law and discipline”,and “guiding young people to abide by public order and good customs” take up 93.5%,86.6%,83.4%,87.4%,86.2%,90.3 %,82.6,% and 74.1% respectively,and the rest only accounts for 1.2%.Therefore,the party cadres highly agree with the main contents of Xi Jinping’s TYV.

The following is a questionnaire on the identification of Xi Jinping’s youth values in the ideological and political education practice (take the youth cadres engaged in youth affairs as an example).According to the results of the final exploratory factor analysis,the main contents of Xi Jinping’s TYV are divided into the following ten aspects:1) guiding young people to love the motherland;2) arousing young people’s national pride;3)promoting young people’s understanding and love of China’s excellent traditional culture;4) strengthening young people’s belief in the path of SCC;5) guiding young people to listen to the Party and follow the Party;6) guiding young people to face life positively;7) guiding young people to set up CSV;8) guiding young people to abide by law and discipline;9) guiding young people to abide by public order and good customs;10) other aspects.
In the 1990s,China’s economic development entered a new stage and development is the theme of this stage.Most of the young people of this stage were “only children” who are a generation that has grown up in the environment of rapid economic development in China.They have grown up under sufficient material living conditions,and most of the young people have been well educated.Their ability to acquire knowledge and information is far greater than that of young people born in the previous years,and their values emphasize more on the subject consciousness which is manifested in the fact that they no longer fully agree with the single value concept dedicated to society.With the strengthening of democratic consciousness and legal consciousness,the value concept is more rational and reasonable,and pays more attention to the achievement and satisfaction of individual needs while pursuing individual ideals and beliefs.Therefore,we should lead young people to establishing a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.Contemporary youth should be brave to transform the subjective world,abandon individualism,study Marxist scientific theories,identify with CSV,strengthen their ideals and beliefs,and always place the people in the highest position in their hearts.And they also need to build contributions in the place where the motherland needs them most,and to shoulder the historical responsibility entrusted to youth by the times and to realize the value of life.
Ⅱ.The theoretical source of Xi Jinping ’s TYV
First,Marx’s theory of values.
Second,to construct the youth values and strengthen the Communist ideal and belief with the CSV as the guidance.
Second,the theory of socialist values in the thought of Mao Zedong and other proletarian revolutionaries.

Third,to promote young people to understand and love the outstanding Chinese traditional culture and resist the erosion and destruction of foreign thoughts.
Third,the outstanding traditional Culture formed during the five thousand years of the Chinese Nation.
Marxism believes that culture embodies a nation’s vitality,creativity and cohesion,and plays an important role in the formation of national spirit.It also plays an imperceptible and irreplaceable role in shaping people’s values and promoting their overall development.It can be said that culture is not only a kind of value inheritance,but also a standard of conduct and judgment,and a measure of good,evil,beauty and ugliness of a country and a nation.The inheritance of this culture is internalized by education as the value pursuit and goal of the whole nation.The Chinese nation has created splendid culture and formed the precious spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation in the long history of five thousand years.Advocating patriotism,honesty,equality,selflessness,justice,innovation and hard work are the most important embodiment of its spiritual value pursuit.The core value system of socialism originates from the ancient Chinese traditional culture,and it is the innovation and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture.
The connotation of excellent traditional culture and national spirit are the powerful weapons to resist the western countries’ ideological “westernization” of China’s plan.Laozi said,“those who win are powerful,and the winners will be strong.” Carrying forward the national spirit of the Chinese nation,and guiding the youth with excellent traditional cultural ideas can establish firm communist ideals and beliefs for the youth,and effectively resist the “division” of western countries in the ideological field.We should combine the excellent Chinese traditional culture with the thought of the new era,integrate it into the CSV,make the young people establish correct world outlook and values,and make the spirit of the Chinese nation pass on and carry forward.
To pass on the spiritual connotation of our excellent traditional culture to the youth,to educate and guide the young people to establish the communist ideal and belief,and to construct the core socialist value system are the powerful weapons to resist the invasion of the external decadent trend of thoughts.Today,with cultural pluralism,the United States-led western developed countries are gradually engaged in ideological aggression through the infiltration of the ideological field.Through the “westernization” of the socialist countries,they attempt to divide and disintegrate the socialist countries.China is now facing a very severe challenge in the field of ideology,so it is an important problem for the contemporary youth to resist the disintegration plot in the western ideological field,to strengthen the socialist faith and to establish the communist ideal and belief.Integrating the essence of traditional culture into the education of CSV,improving the height and level of ideological education,making excellent traditional culture an important educational carrier of CSV,and training young people to meet the requirements of the development of the new era,paying attention to the cultivation and practice of moral character and making young people have lofty ideals and aspirations are the important connotation of Xi Jinping’s TYV.
The value theory in the thought of Mao Zedong and other proletarian revolutionaries is an important theoretical source of Xi Jinping’s CSV.The Communist Party of China,mainly represented by Mao Zedong,combines the basic principles of Marxism with the practice of Chinese revolution,and explores the scientific guiding ideology,Mao Zedong thought,which is suitable for the actual situation of Chinese revolution and construction.Mao Zedong thought is rich in connotation and has various contents.In the period of new democratic revolution and socialist construction,Mao Zedong thought put forward a series of theories and strategies among which the theory of army building and youth ideological and political education is an important source of Xi Jinping’s CSV.Mao Zedong stated in his article On the Coalition Government in 1945,“standing firmly with the Chinese people and serving the Chinese people wholeheartedly is the only purpose of this army.” This theory is a demand for the army,but most of them are young officers and soldiers,so in fact,it is also the demand and the goal of striving for the young people.Young people are the hope and future of the motherland.Mao Zedong pointed out,“young people are thriving and are in a prosperous period,like the sun at eight or nine o’clock in the morning.Hope lies with you,the world belongs to you,and the future of China belongs to you.”〔3〕In Mao Zedong’s values,the people are the center and serving the people wholeheartedly,and the responsibility of the youth are in line with the ideals and beliefs of the core socialist values.At the 19th National Congress,Xi Jinping made new demands on young people:“most young people must adhere to their ideals and beliefs,be ambitious,down-to-earth,move forward courageously,and in the vivid practice of realizing Chinese Dream write a chapter in life! In the face of economic and cultural pluralism and the temptation of material interests,people’s ideals and beliefs are in crisis.In the face of the pluralistic development trend,young people may inevitably produce negative emotions such as the falsification of ideals and suspicion of communist beliefs.We should strengthen young people’s education of CSV,strengthen young people’s confidence in communist ideals and beliefs and the road to SCC,guide young people to correctly understand history and the basic conditions of the primary stage of socialism.It is the quintessence of Xi Jinping’s youth values to make young people believe in communism ideologically,set people as the center and serve the people.Thus,the value theory in Mao Zedong thought is one of the theoretical sources of Xi Jinping’s youth values.

Ⅲ.The profound implication of Xi Jinping ’s TYV
First,Xi Jinping’s TYV points out the direction for young people to stick to communist ideals and beliefs.
Xi Jinping believes that ideals and beliefs play an important role in the formation of youth values,and vividly likens ideals and beliefs to “calcium”,the essential element of human body structure,and points out that young people,if without ideals and beliefs,will be not strong once they encounter difficulties,be in lack of perseverance in handling affairs,and find it difficult to adapt to the responsibility and mission given by the times.Young people should learn from the revolutionary forebears,full of revolutionary ideals and beliefs,shed their blood and give their precious lives for the independence of the nation.The Communist Party of China was founded in 1921 and has led the Chinese people through 28 years of bitter struggle,overthrowing the three great mountains of imperialism,feudalism and capitalism,and establishing the People’s Republic of China with the people as the masters of the country.It is just because of the persistent pursuit of communist ideals and beliefs of the revolutionary forefathers that they can overcome all obstacles,overthrow the three great mountains,establish new China,and make the people realize freedom and equality.In contemporary times,young people should adhere to their communist ideals and beliefs,always concern themselves with the honor and safety of the motherland and the well-being of the people,and turn their ideals and beliefs into action,put them into practice,and devote themselves to the reform and opening up and socialist modernization,thus achieving the Chinese nation’s rejuvenation.
Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the education of youth’s ideals and beliefs.At the 19th National Congress,Xi Jinping made new demands on the ideological education of young people:“the vast majority of young people must adhere to their ideals and beliefs,be ambitious,down-to-earth,and move forward bravely.” And the realization of the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation is the theme of the Chinese youth movement.Then how to make young people have lofty ideals and beliefs?The following two points will be stated one by one.Firstly,to attach great importance to the cultivation and practice of youth CSV.The CSV are the most important ideological essence of the present stage to unite and guide the youth.The report of the 18th National Congress of the Party highly summarized the contents of the core socialist value system,and formed the concise and comprehensive 24 characters which is the important innovation achievement of the value theory system.In the 24-character core socialist values,“richness,democracy,civilization and harmony” defines the goals and tasks for young people to carry out the great practice of socialism.It is the value pursuit of the great practice of socialism,which occupies the leading position in the CSV,and points out the direction for the young people to practice the core socialist values and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.“Freedom,equality,justice,rule by law” is the aspiration for a better life,and also a high summary of the social value goal of core socialist values.It reflects the basic attributes of communism and is a social value goal that we have long persisted in and fought for all our lives.“Patriotism,dedication,honesty and friendliness” is the moral standard and behavior standard that young people should abide by in the social life,and the embodiment of the relationship between individual and society in the basic concept of values.It is not only the social criterion that young people must abide by in dealing with the relationship between society and individual correctly,but also the basic value criterion of youth moral character.Secondly,to attach great importance to the study of the basic theory of Marxism.Marxism has a history of 150 years since it was born in the 19th century,which has guided the socialist movement all over the world and the victory of Russia’s October socialist revolution,which proves the scientific nature of Marxist theory.It is just because we insist on combining Marxism with the reality of Chinese revolution and construction that China’s revolution and construction have achieved great victory.Consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field and consolidate the common ideological basis for the unity and struggle of the whole party and the people.“Two consolidation” is a new requirement and task put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping and the Party Central Committee for ideological work and cultural construction under the new situation as well as a new task for the current ideological and political education work.To realize the “two consolidation”,the key is to solve the problem of ideal and belief in Marxism and communism,arm the youth with Marxist theory,and turn it into a material force to change the world.Xi Jinping attached great importance to the construction of the ideological field and pointed out at the 2014 Military Political Work Conference held in Gutian that the struggle in the ideological field had an important strategic position and was related to the long-term existence of the regime.The fundamental cause of the upheaval in Eastern Europe and the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1989 was the crisis of ideals and beliefs.In the face of economic and cultural pluralism and the temptation of material interests,people’s ideals and beliefs are in crisis.In the face of the diversified development trend,young students may inevitably produce negative emotions,to say,the falsification of ideals and suspicion of communist beliefs.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the education of the youth’s ideal and belief,attach importance to the education of Marxist theory,educate the young students to understand history correctly and the basic national conditions of the primary stage of socialism,thus making the young people believe in communism ideologically.
Second,Xi Jinping’s TYV is the spiritual power to unite the youth strength,expand the youth mass base,and lead the youth in realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
Xi Jinping pointed out that “the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation will eventually become a reality in the relay struggle of the youth.”〔4〕Youth is the main force to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Only by winning the support from the youth can the cause of the Party be handed down and succeeded.From the beginning of its establishment to the period of socialist modernization,the Communist Party of China has always kept in close touch with young people and highly regarded youth work as an important task,and make the cultivation and use of youth as the main work to grasp.In the revolutionary war period,the Chinese youth league organization was founded in 1922 in order to unite the youth strength.Since then,the vast number of young people,under the leadership of the Party,have become an important new force in the Chinese revolution,actively devoted themselves to the great struggle for the liberation of the Chinese nation,and made due contributions to the victory of the Chinese revolution.How to be in power for a long time in the new period is a great test for the Communist Party.Our party,in order to win youth,must use Marxist theoretical education to guide young people,and make them realize the great guiding significance of Marxism to Chinese revolution and construction.In history,youth is the important force of Chinese modern revolution,and in the new era,the youth is the successor of the socialist cause and the main force to complete the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.Xi Jinping’s TYV is the fundamental principle to do the party’s youth work well,unite the youth and give play to the role of the youth in the new era.We must consciously arm our minds with Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,guide our practice,advance our work,firmly grasp leading young people to listen to the party’s words,and follow the party as its primary political task.We should drive the youth to firmly establish the “four consciousness”,constantly strengthen the “four confidence”,and more firmly strengthen the great ideal of communist and common ideal of SCC;we should firmly grasp the struggle for the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation,the theme of the Chinese youth movement,based on post make innovation,start up business and create excellence,and be brave to walk in the forefront of the new era,becoming endeavors,pioneers and dedicators;we should firmly grasp the objectives of the the Communist Youth League’s reform and enhancing the political,advanced and mass character,conscientiously adhere to the party’s leadership over the Communist Youth League,conscientiously implement the principle of governing the party with strict discipline in an all-round manner and governing the league with strict discipline,conscientiously exercise the work style of the contingent of league cadres,and continue to improve young people’s ability to work well.
It is an important task of ideological and political education to explore the inherent law of youth work in the new period and to make young people firm in communist ideals and beliefs.Youth is the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation.We should integrate “Xi Jinping’s TYV” into the whole process of youth growth and development,let young people devote themselves to the great cause of building SCC and become in the reform,opening up and socialist modernization an important new force who will contribute their youth and strength to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Xi Jinping’s TYV not only enriches and develops the treasure house of Marxist theory,but also indicates the direction for the practice of ideological and political education of young people in our country in the future.
综上所述，我国工程行业施工单位主要在施工方面消耗成本比较多，因此我们要加强对施工的图纸把握，同时要掌握好原材料的市场行情，为工程造价的管理以及成本的控制工作提供有效的指导。另外，各个单位负责人要经常性进行交流与沟通，既要减低难度，合理化施工周期，同时实现增收，保证合理化的工程造价。工程出现变更状况是施工中常有的，但要及时的签证确认，减少甚至避免后期的结算性纠纷，与此同时还要通过有效性的方法，去提高成本控制的水平以及工程造价的管理水平，进一步的推动建筑行业的发展，为我国建筑行业的经济实现可持续发展的作出贡献。
